“We ordered a beef tagliata, spare ribs which were delicious & a gluten free pizza. Unfortunately the pizza my friend ordered wasn’t cooked properly however when we told the head waiter which was a polite, Italian guy who checked the doug, decided not to charge us since half of it was left over. Very professional as most other places would tell you ‘can I offer you a drink’. This head waiter was honest & very respectful. Thank you”
