We’ve established a team of highly trained professionals and created a scrumptious menu which also includes loads of new ideas for you to try. In fact, many of our dishes have a fusion twist – with unusual ingredients like candied walnuts, yellow curry, coconut milk, ginger and oyster mushrooms. However, we’ve also packed in some extravagant favourites, like truffle cream, bacon roulades, Mozzarella fior di latte, and top quality Parmesan. It all tastes wonderful… In fact, even Hugo had his personal favourites which were the Tagliatelle alla Chef (with fresh beef strips and truffles), the Ravioli con Coniglio, the wholesome veggie salad and the black truffle risotto.
